Khalid Baddou
Khalid Baddou has accumulated 14 years of experience in various positions in national and multinational companies. The Al Akhawayn University alumnus had the opportunity to operate in a regional and international environment: the Maghreb, Middle East and Francophone Africa. He is currently Regional Director of Communication at MSD for the Maghreb and Francophone Africa region. Prior to that, Khalid was marketing manager at Nestlé for the Maghreb region, before being in charge of Business Development and evaluate new investment opportunities and company production in the Maghreb. Khalid Baddou initiated in 2013 the creation of the Moroccan Association of Marketing and Communication (AMMC), which he chairs since the foundation. It is a platform for the exchange of experiences and sharing for professionals in these disciplines, whose primary objective is the training, support and networking. The AMMC has also initiated the establishment of the African Network of Marketing and Communication. In 2011, Khalid was one of the founders of the "Independent Alliance", a Moroccan think tank dedicated to economic themes, which he is currently Vice President and through which he has worked on several sectorial initiatives such as entrepreneurship, employment, investment and taxation . He is also one of the founders of "The Association of Al Akhawayn University Laureates", for which he was elected president between 2009 and 2012. The Association has experienced during this time one of its most prestigious moments and gained credibility and influence internally and externally. Khalid Baddou hosted several workshops and participated in several conferences on the topics of business management, Employment, Communications and Development. |
